The experiential expertise of people with a disability needs to be integrated in diversity & inclusion policy. This message was the common thread at the annual Diversity & Inclusion symposium.

Twenty-one dedicated teachers were awarded their Senior Teaching Qualification (SKO) on 21 January. The ceremony had an extra celebratory touch as the milestone of the 100th SKO certificate was reached.
On 7 February we are celebrating the university’s 450th birthday. The programme of this Dies Natalis Ahead of the times includes: a lecture on academic freedom, a performance by science rapper Jon Chase, three honorary doctorates and a quiz.
