Entering your own questions in Ans? Check the updated manual! |
The Digital Testing team (DT) has released a new version of the Ans manual: Digital Assessment with Ans @ FSW. The updated manual should make it easier for teachers to enter questions into Ans themselves. Just give it a try! Entering your own questions is more efficient and less prone to errors than having DT copy the questions from Word. Another advantage is that you have more time to prepare your exam. The deadline for entering your own questions is two weeks before the exam, instead of four weeks when DT enters them. |

Schoolyear can be used for both Chromebook and BYOD exams to prevent students from working outside of Ans. The digital testing team will set up the integration; as a lecturer, you do not need to do anything. From now on, students will receive information about using Schoolyear at the start of each block. |

Streamline your assessments with a rubric. A rubric is a table in which you precisely define the criteria for each level based on the learning objectives. This has many advantages: by sharing the rubric in advance, you can clearly communicate to students what is expected of them. Afterwards, you can justify and explain your assessments. Also: you can mark work with multiple teachers according to the same criteria.
In Brightspace, you can use rubrics in various ways to assess assignments. >> Read more
